Jane Gottlieb, 70, of Santa Barbara, California, needed two months to totally renovate her four-bedroom house.

The artist, who enjoys vibrant hues, incorporated as many as nine different hues on the exterior and dozens more on the interior of the house.

Such a rainbow home is expensive to keep in its original state. Every year, the house needs a small amount of cosmetic work to keep the paint from fading.

The artist invests roughly $5,000 a year in this (about 350,000 rubles).

The hostess boasts that her residence is frequently praised by onlookers and is known locally as „Rainbow House.“ Of course, not everyone appreciates Jane’s invention.

For instance, the Rainbow House deviates from the neighborhood’s predominant beige color scheme, which has disturbed her neighbors.

Jane started her career in the arts 35 years ago as a hand painter, which helped her gain notoriety in the creative community.

She was also among the first artists to employ Photoshop in her creations, which included even more vibrant colors for the house, and pleasure.
